1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using refracta.agency, you agree to these website Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These are website terms of use. Paid services, deliverables, fees, timing, ownership, and other engagement-specific matters are addressed in separate written agreements where applicable.
2. About Refracta
Refracta is a founder-led SEO and AI visibility agency. The website describes services including SEO for SaaS, Local SEO, Reddit Marketing, Technical SEO, Link Building & Digital PR, Content Repurposing & Distribution, SEO Consultancy, and a Free SEO & AI Visibility Audit.
3. Website Information
Website content is provided for general information and business evaluation. Search engines, maps, AI products, social platforms, communities, and their policies or algorithms change frequently. Information that was accurate when published may later become incomplete or outdated.
No page, article, illustration, example, or audit explanation is a promise of a particular business outcome or a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
4. No Ranking or Performance Guarantees
Refracta does not control third-party platforms or user behaviour. Unless a separate written agreement explicitly defines a particular deliverable, Refracta does not guarantee:
- Google or Map Pack rankings
- Traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, or business growth
- Backlinks, placements, or media coverage
- AI citations, AI recommendations, or inclusion in AI-generated responses
- Social-platform reach, engagement, or performance
Even where a written agreement defines work to be completed, it does not imply control over a third party's algorithm, index, output, moderation, availability, or decision.
5. Free Audit
Free Audit availability may be limited. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a meeting, a written analysis, or a client engagement.
Any audit observations are based on information reasonably available at the time and may be affected by access, implementation, platform changes, or incomplete data. The audit relates to Refracta's marketing and SEO scope; it is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
6. Contact Enquiries
Submitting a Contact form, sending an email, or receiving a reply does not by itself create a client, advisory, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
7. Client Services
Paid work is governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, order form, contract, or other written services agreement. If these website terms conflict with a specific written services agreement, that agreement controls for the relevant engagement.
These website terms do not establish engagement-specific fees, payment dates, refund rights, cancellation periods, deliverable ownership, or service levels.
8. Intellectual Property — Website
Refracta's original website copy, design, branding, graphics, frameworks, and other original materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party names, logos, platforms, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce or republish substantial portions of original website materials as your own without permission or another lawful basis.
9. The Spectrum Method
“The Spectrum Method” is Refracta's named methodology for rebuilding one strong source idea into native expressions for twelve defined distribution surfaces. No claim of trademark registration is made on this page.
10. Permitted Use
You may browse and use the website for lawful personal or business evaluation. You may not deliberately disrupt the website, bypass security, distribute malware, use automated access in a way that creates unreasonable load, or copy or republish website content at scale without permission or another lawful basis.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Links
The website may reference or link to services such as Google, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Perplexity, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. These are independent third parties. Refracta is not responsible for their availability, rules, policies, algorithms, security, or content.
A reference does not imply endorsement, partnership, or control unless expressly stated. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
12. User Submissions
When submitting an Audit or Contact form, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information and that it is not unlawful. Do not submit malware, illegal material, or another person's confidential or personal information without authority.
Refracta may use the submitted information to receive, assess, and respond to the requested enquiry or evaluation. These terms do not take a sweeping ownership licence over your enquiry content.
13. Availability
The website and any feature may be changed, interrupted, restricted, or removed. Refracta does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent access, or a particular response time.
14. Disclaimer
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Refracta aims to keep information useful and accurate but does not promise that every page will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every business.
Nothing on the website should be relied upon as the sole basis for a material business, legal, financial, or technical decision.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Refracta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or third-party links.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Engagement-specific liability terms, if any, belong in the applicable written client agreement.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses or claims resulting from your deliberate unlawful misuse of the website, infringement caused by material you submit without authority, or attempts to compromise the site's security. This provision is intended to be narrow and does not replace terms in a client services agreement.
17. Privacy
Information handled through the website is described in the Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the website, services, or operating context changes. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply from that point.
19. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it should be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions should continue to apply where legally possible.
20. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@refracta.agency.
